Work Package 4 – Implementation and Dissemination
Work Package 4 focuses on the implementation, testing, and evaluation of the project’s developed solutions in real educational environments, as well as on the dissemination of the project results to a wider audience. The mian objective is to validate the effectiveness of the digital platform and the learning scenarios developed in the previous work packages, while ensuring that the project outcomes reach educators, institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
During the piloting phase, the developed platform and educational materials will be introduced in selected educational settings. Teachers and learners will be invited to use the platform and participate in the designed learning activities. These pilot implementations will allow partnersto observe how the platform functions in practice and assess the level of engagement, usability, and learning effectiveness provided by the digital environment.
In parallel, an evaluation process will be carried out to analyse the impact of the project outcomes. Feedback will be collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observation of user interaction within the platform. The collected data will help partners understand how users experience the virtual learning environment and identify possible improvements that can further enhance the quality and usability of the system. The evaluation results will contribute to the refinement of the final project outputs.
In addition to the piloting and evaluation activities, work package 4 will also focus on dissemination and exploitation actions. The consortium will organise multiplier events in North Macedonia, Greece, Bulgaria and Poland. The aim of these multiplier events is to showcase the developed platform and share the project results with educators, policymakers, and the broader educational community. Communication materials, reports, and online resources will also be prepared to support the visibility of the project.
